A long, refreshing highball — Empirical Olive and blanco tequila topped with soda. Salty, bright, summery.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Empirical Olive
  • 1 oz blanco tequila
  • 4 oz soda water
  • Olive and lime wheel for garnish

Method

  1. Combine Empirical Olive and blanco tequila in a Collins or highball glass. Stir to combine.
  2. Add ice, then top with soda water.
  3. Garnish with an olive and lime wheel.
